Foundation That Lasts

Apply foundation at least 15 minutes after applying moisturiser, and warm it in your fingers so it goes on smoothly, it will last all day.

To achieve that sleek and slender back that will really look sexy in this summer's halternecks and backless dresses, we should really start preparing now. Just because its snowing right now, time flies and summer will be here before you know it.


Stand Tall

Posture is everything. By standing tall and straight not only do you look a lot slimmer (and taller) but it also gives you that confident stance that oozes elegance. In fact, bad posture contributes to a wide range of health problems and negatively affects our general wellbeing so it is vital that we sit up - no more slouching - and take note of a few simple back exercises:

Exercise 1
Lie face down
Raise left leg as high as you can then hold for a count of 7
Release, then repeat with your right leg.
Exercise 2
Lie face down, arms straight above your head
Raise your left arm as high as you can then hold for a count of 7
Release, then repeat with your right arm.
Exercise 3
Lie face down, arms straight above your head
Raise your left arm and right leg as high as you can then hold for a count of 7
Release, then repeat with your right arm and left leg.
Exercise 4
Lie face down, arms by your side
Keeping your chin close to your chest, raise your head and shoulders
Hold for a count of 7, then release.
Exercise 5
Do the same as in exercise 4, but this time clasp your hands behind your back.

OK, last one ...

Exercise 6
Lie face down, arms straight above your head
Raise arms, head and shoulders, hold for a count of 7
Release
When you feel strong enough, try it with hand held weights (a can of baked beans in each hand).
